La Fleur de Boüard – Chardonnay 2022 – IGP Pays de l’Atlantique

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a certain crunch and a certain elegance in the aromatic (keeps freshness), a fine and creamy grain. It expresses notes of luscious/fresh peach, fresh physalis and more lightly – quince associated with a fine touch of white flowers and almost a discreet hint of mesocarp. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a juicy/mineral structure, a little suavity, a certain gourmandise, accuracy, tension. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy peach, creamy apple and more lightly – mandarin combined with touches of physalis as well as a hint of white flowers and almost fresh butter. Good freshness, energy.
