The nose is spicy and offers a little power from the grain and a little stretched side. It expresses notes of blackberry, violet and more slightly – pulpy black plum, associated with touches of small dense/bright black fruits as well as hints of cherry blossom, camphor, infusion/bergamot and a a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity and offers smoothness, energy, a nice definition, a tangy frame, pulpy/tart, good definition, a certain gourmandise, a slight fattiness, a fine iodized side in the background. It expresses notes of juicy/pulp blackberry, and more slightly – small pulpy blue fruits associated with a touch of small roasted red fruits as well as hints of toasted, cocoa and a fine hint of cardamom and blond tobacco sugar. The tannins are elegant and distinguished.
