La Demoiselle de Sigalas 2024 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is mineral and offers fresh fruit, freshness and a certain energy. It reveals notes of crunchy brugnon, juicy flat peach and small notes of fresh kumquat/fresh citrus, associated with fine hints of citrus blossom, as well as a discreet hint of almond and almost fresh nutmeg. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, it offers a fresh frame, acidity, energy and a vibrant side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh yellow apple, juicy/fresh brugnon and small notes of fresh mirabelle plum, combined with touches of fresh lychee, as well as floral hints and fresh acacia. Good length. A subtle hint of almost toasted almond and cedar. A fine tannic hint on the retro.
