The nose is fruity, intense, concentrated and relatively generous. It reveals notes of plum, blackberry and slight notes of cassis associated with small notes of licorice, spices as well as slight notes of cardamom. The palate is fruity, gourmand, fresh, elegant, racy, harmonious, sleek, relatively powerful and offers a beautiful silky matter, a beautiful tension and precision (of the fruit), a beautiful fat, juiciness, a good structure as well as a nice minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, blueberry and blackberry associated with slight notes of licorice, red fruit (discreet) as well as fine notes of sweet spices, tobacco, vanilla and a touch cardamom / cinnamon. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length. The finish is a bit suave.
