The nose is gourmand. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, toasted notes, fleshy strawberry and small notes of crushed cassis associated with small hints of sweet spices, caramelization as well as a very discreet hint of flowers (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a good definition, a slight mineral frame, gourmandise, a beautiful freshness as well as elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, fleshy blackberry and small notes of fleshy red berries associated with small touches of racy minerality as well as discreet hints of flowers, fresh almond, discreet toasted hints, tonka bean and spices. Tannins are fine, young, well-built and very slightly dry. Beautiful persistence.
