The nose is fresh and fruity with a beautiful, almost smoky minerality. There are notes of ripe lemon and roasted peach. The second nose opens with a beautiful intensity. We find peach and lemon, but we also perceive touches of butter and coconut. The palate is fresh with a beautiful acidity from the start. There are notes of butter, aromatic herbs like mint, but also basil. We perceive touches of yellow peach and ripe lemon. There is a beautiful salinity on the finish with a hint of pineapple and dried apricot. This is a gastronomic wine, long and pure. Beautiful work.
