The nose is intense and aromatic, with notes of peach and a lovely fresh minerality. There are also hints of flowers and ripe lemon. The second nose opens with a tangy side: pink grapefruit, lychee, pear. It’s automatically seductive. On the palate, the acidity is striking from the start. We find exotic fruits like pineapple, but also ripe apricot and lemon. There is a beautiful finesse in the power with a saline hint at the end, salivating. We finish with juicy pink grapefruit and rambutan.
