The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose expresses a pronounced and savoury spiciness side, enveloped in a juicy fruity substance. We find notes of grated nutmeg, clove, licorice and white pepper, combined with aromas of strawberry, morello cherry, crushed blackcurrant, blueberry and red cherry, as well as a touch of pine, cocoa, violet and dried rose sap. The palate is gourmand, juicy and supple. It expresses notes of ripe fruit (griotte, blackcurrant, wild strawberry, blackberry), red cherry jam, as well as mint chocolate, chocolate cherry, licorice, vanilla, toasted hazelnut, cornflower. and rose in the background. The middle and end of the palate are fleshy and warm, even slightly jammy. The tannins are well structured, quite powerful, but fine. The acidity is supple, but refreshing. Good persistence in the mouth. A gourmand and fleshy wine.
