The wine is clear and bright with a straw color. The nose is fresh with minerality and fruit. There are notes of yellow peach, almond as well as petroleum and white smoke. We also perceive a racy minerality, touches of aromatic herbs as well as fine hints of pear and yellow melon. The mouth is fresh with a mineral and tangy frame. Fruity, there are notes of green plum, mirabelle plum as well as yellow peach, nectarine and dried apricot. We also perceive a buttery, creamy and vanilla side. Always on the minerality, we find oil, almond or even roasted hazelnut. It is a well-balanced wine that ends on a salivating finish with a hint of iodine and astringency.
