The nose is perfumed and expresses pronounced aromas of ripe pineapple, juicy yellow peach, lemon, lemon curd and lemon zest, with subtle creamy notes of yogurt, butter, an herbal touch of fresh thyme and oolong tes and a delicate sweetness of vanilla. On the palate, the wine expresses lively notes of lime, lemon, bitter orange, grapefruit and white crunchy peach. It offers a long finish with a perceptible and refreshing bitterness of lime and grapefruit and a high salivating acidity. A lean and elegant wine with a lot of energy.
