It reveals notes of juicy lemon, ripe/juicy apple, small notes of lemon associated with touches of flint, peach flowers/white flowers as well as fine hints of juicy/crushed pear, very fine hints of fresh mandarine, a subtle hint of toasted/ripe almond and an imperceptible hint of verbena. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, gourmandize, sapidity, a small tension, finesse as well as precision, gourmandize, a very discreet iodine/saline hint, a good matter and delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy apple, juicy/pulpy lemon, small notes of quince associated with small touches of juicy/fleshy kumquat, peach flowers as well as a discreet hint of juicy apricot and white flowers/lemon flowers. A beautiful acidulous persistence. Good length.
