The palate is well-balanced, elegant, full, precise and offers a very beautiful acid frame, a beautiful minerality, tension, an acidulous fruit, a very beautiful freshness, tension, vivacity as well as a fine unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe apple, ripe vine peach and more slightly ripe mandarin associated with fine touches of pineapple, ripe citrus (lemon, mandarin) as well as fine hints of exotic fruits (quenette, passion fruit), almond and an imperceptible hint of toasted (in the background). Gourmandize and suavity on the finish. There is a very discreet hint of toasted on the aftertaste.
