The nose is aromatic, floral and spicy. It reveals notes of boysenberry, crushed raspberry and small notes of cornflower and iris as well as fine hints of olive tree and fresh grove. On the palate, the wine is well-built, precise and offers accuracy, a tangy frame and energy. It expresses notes of boysenberry, small red fruits and small notes of star anise associated with touches of roasted-elegant as well as hints of graphene, black olive and a subtle hint of sage. Good length and offers a subtle hint of oregano in the background.
