A pretty, fruity, gourmand nose that offers a certain airy creaminess, elegance, a graphene side and an airy character. There are notes of boysenberry, concentrated cassis and small notes of crushed Gariguette strawberry, associated with touches of zan, hints of saline gravel, fine hints of cornflower and chocolate. The palate is well-built, sapid, iodized and offers gourmandise, lovely definition, a tangy frame, accuracy, a certain slight tension, suppleness and minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy raspberry, graphene and small notes of juicy/fresh cassis, combined with touches of fresh lilac, nutmeg, as well as fine hints of cardamom and cocoa. Good length and definition. A subtle hint of sappy and roasted in the background.
