The nose is elegant, fine and a bit strict. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and flowers associated with a touch of black cherry, red fruit, spice and oak. The palate is fruity, gourmande, well-built, racy and offers a small tension, a nice smoothness, fat and a beautiful freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, plum and a hint of cassis associated with touches of red fruits, spices, a hint of blond tobacco as well as a small hint of oak and a touch of salinity. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length and good persistence.
