La Carlina 2016 – Barolo

The nose is fruity, racy and offers gourmandize and elegance. It reveals notes of ripe raspberry, fleshy strawberry, small notes of violet associated with fine touches of juicy quetsche plum as well as fine hints of graphite, cuben pepper and vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of  fleshy raspberry, fleshy strawberry, small notes of fleshy/juicy quetsche plum associated with small touches of blackberry as well as fine hints of iris, camphor and vanilla. Good length.
