La Bienfaisance, Château Sanctus 2018 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity, fresh, racy and offers a fine density/concentration. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, wild cassis and small notes of raspberry associated with small touches of black cherry, flowers and liquorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, an acidulous frame, tension, freshness, juiciness, a good structure as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy cassis, juicy/fleshy blackberry and small notes of juicy/fleshy raspberry associated with fine touches of liquorice, caramelization as well as a very discreet hint of flowers and vanilla. Good length and persistence.
