The wine has a pale, bright apricot color. The initial nose is discreet with hints of grapefruit and citron zest. A slight, racy minerality is perceived. The second nose opens with a mineral, slightly smoky note. There are also subtle notes of mandarin and yellow peach. The palate is fresh and round on the attack with a lovely floral note of wisteria. There is lemon juice, yellow peaches, and a hint of fresh fig. There is a slight, dynamic bitterness at the end of the tasting with a salinity. The wine is fresh and mouth-watering.
