The nose is racy. It reveals notes of flint, fresh white fruits, leather, fresh citrus and woody notes. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acid frame, a beautiful freshness, a slight minerality as well as a beautiful fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh lemon, fresh Granny Smith apple and slight/discreet hints of ripe/crushed vine peach associated with toasted touches, spices as well as a subtle toasted hint / almond on the persistence.
