Very pale pink colour. On the nose, very perfumed, revealing floral notes, spicy hints, nuances of red currant, a bit of pepper, some herbal profile, and salinity. On the palate, the wine offers fresh acidity, chalky minerality, nuances of cranberry, a touch of cherry and grapefruit zest, a bit herbaceous, a light body but the vertical structure, and pleasant bitterness on the finish.
