The nose offers a fine freshness and a fine fleshiness. It reveals notes of quince, nutmeg and small notes of fleshy white fruits associated with small touches of citrus as well as discreet hints of vanilla/brioche. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers a fine gourmandize, a very fine tension as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, fleshy Mirabelle plum and small notes of crushed brugnon associated with a fine touch of fleshy/juicy apple and a hint of quenette. Good length. An imperceptible hint of bitterness on the aftertaste.
