The wine has a beautiful golden, almost orange color. The first nose is intense with a distinct note of honey and orange blossom. It is powerful, delicious with notes of dried and candied fruits on the bitter orange compote, apricot, and yellow peach. There is a hint of sweet pepper, butter, and fresh tobacco. The second nose opens with more intensity and still on bitter orange marmalade and pineapple. Very beautiful. The palate is fresh, straight, and dry with a slight astringency and a sweet, peppery spice. The acidity is measured. We find bitter orange, pineapple, and juicy yellow peach. There is structure and a hint of tannin like tea on the finish.
