The wine has a beautiful straw color. The first nose is fresh, aromatic, and fruity with notes of orange blossom, yellow peach, and citron zest. There is good minerality. The second nose opens with more intensity and a mixture of pineapple with a hint of buttered toast. It is intense and fragrant. The palate is fresh, with a slight acidity on the attack. There is a nice finesse from the work of the lees with a captivating side. There is good intensity with notes of apricot, peach, and pineapple. There is a slight bitterness in the mid-palate and a certain sweetness in the texture on the finish which is more on citrus fruits like grapefruit and juicy peach. There is a buttery touch with still a good salivating freshness on the finish. Beautiful persistence.
