The wine has a beautiful pale golden color. The first nose is fruity and intense, with notes of citrus fruits like mandarin and clementine. There are also notes of passion fruit and pineapple. The second nose opens with more intensity and a hint of mandarin leaf. The palate is fresh with a slight roundness on the attack. There is a lovely, mouth-watering acidity with notes of candied apple, mandarin, juicy peach, and pineapple. There is a slight creaminess and a fine lemon cream at the end of the tasting. It is long and refreshing.
