Very attractive, fine bubbles, good persistence. On the nose floral and fruity with delicate notes of yellow apples, juicy white pears, a touch of peach blossom, and honeysuckle. The palate is slightly yeasty because of the natural sediment, with zesty, citrusy acidity, wonderfully refreshing, and creamy. A perfect aperitif wine!
