The wine shows an attractive ruby colour with a purple hue. The nose is slightly leafy and herbaceous, typical of Cabernet Franc, with notes of black currants and blackberries in the background. The palate reveals a good amount of oak used for ageing, pleasant, fresh acidity, a touch of savoury and earthy notes, a generous fruit load, and a touch of dark minerality on the finish.
