The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a nice acidity, delicacy, accuracy as well as a tangy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/tangy purple plum, pulpy blackberry and small notes of redcurrants associated with touches of violet, nutmeg, toast as well as a subtle hint of chocolate. The tannins are soft. A subtle hint of tonka bean in the background.
