The saké is like clear spring water. The nose has got pronounced aromas of fruits like pineapple. It’s clean and classic with a hint of almond and anis seed. The mouth is fresh with cooked rice flavors, golden apple, litchi and tropical fruits. It also has a nice minerality and the finish is quite long with puffed rice notes. Well-balanced and powerful.
