The saké is clear with a straw color. The nose is intense with a nice freshness and some fruits aromas like pineapple and anis seed. It also has got a biscuit note with flint. The mouth is sweet at the attack (brown sugar) and some delicate flavors are appearing like pineapple, pepper and pear. The medium finish is salty with a slight cooked rice touch.
