The nose is fresh as well as relatively aromatic and powerful. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, cassis and wild violet flowers combined with touches of red berries, red pepper berries, touches of cranberry as well as fine hints of resin, cola / zan and a hint of black tea. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a beautiful definition, a good volume, fat, precision, juiciness as well as a nice acid frame (red fruit acidity) in the background and a nice, silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, juicy cassis and cranberry associated with fine touches of raspberry / fresh cherry, a discreet hint of juicy blueberry as well as slight touches of licorice stick, cola and discreet hints of caramelized / toasted oak. Tannins are very fine. Good length and persistence.
