The nose is slightly oxidative with notes of ripe yellow apples, a bit bruised. The palate is dry and round, some acetic notes as well, along with nuances of vanilla and yogurt. The creamy texture and high acidity are in a perfect balance. The finish is lactic, creamy and suave. The wine needs time to settle.
