The nose reveals notes of cherry, violet, small notes of iris associated with fine touches of cuben pepper, tobacco and a very discreet hint of coffee. The palate is fresh, fruity and offers gourmandize, a good definition, tension and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, strawberry, small notes of fresh blackberry associated with touches of fresh quetsche plum, violet as well as hints of iris and very fine hints of liquorice stick, nutmeg and discreet hints of toasted/caramelization.
