The wine has a pale lemon color. The nose is fragrant, fruity and at the same time fresh and complex. It expresses notes of white peach, white nectarine, juicy apricot, as well as aromas of candied citrus fruits that are tangy and sweet at the same time (lime jam, candied lemon peel). We also find aromas of fresh lemon, peppermint, cut grass (in the background), wildflowers, acacia and apple blossom, associated with a pronounced, but delicate minerality (a note of chalk and a slightly smoky touch of gunflint). On the palate, the wine is juicy, concentrated and tangy. It expresses notes of lemon zest, lemon juice, candied lime peel, fresh green apple, crunchy white peach, as well as chiselled notes of fresh herbs (cut grass, a touch of boxwood, peppermint on the finish), white flowers (apple blossom, acacia) and a delicate minerality (saline, and more slightly – flinty smoke side). The finish expresses a salivating acidity, combined with slightly bitter citrus notes (lime zest, grapefruit).
