The nose is slightly oaky, revealing nuances of cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, some fresh wood. On the second nose nuances of yellow apples, quince and ripe lemons show up. The palate is dense, concentrated and woody, demonstrating a relatively light texture and woody character. The wine revels notes of sweet spices, fresh cut wood, yellow orchard and citrus fruits. The finish has a moderate length and is dominated by the oaky flavours.
