Sankt Nikolaus from Spreitzer shows a pale lemon colour. The nose is still very reductive and yeasty, needs time to develop. The wine is juicy on the palate, offering zesty, succulent acidity, powerful texture and intense citrusy character. Tight on the finish, will unfold slowly.
