The nose is fruity, mineral and offers a small deepness as well as elegance. It reveals notes of quince, flat peach in syrup and small notes of flowers associated with slight varietal touches, crunchy apple as well as hints of nutmeg, spices, candied ginger, discreet hints of honey and an imperceptible hint of cardamom. The palate is fresh, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a small fat, a beautiful minerality, a beautiful juiciness, a good precision and verticality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, quince and small notes of flat peach in syrup associated with fine touches of acidulous yellow berries, hints of white flowers / varietals as well as very slight hints of nutmeg, honey, candied ginger and spices. Good length.
