Jérôme Delest, Le 2O rouge aux lèvres 2020 – Bourgueil

The wine has a pale ruby color. On the nose, it offers notes of small, tangy red and black fruits (red cherry, raspberry, cranberry, blackcurrant), combined with fresh touches of cut grass and flowers (violet, elderflower). On the palate, the wine is airy, not very tannic and offers fluidity and lightness. It expresses the tangy flavors of crunchy strawberry, raspberry, elderberry and cranberries, complemented by a fine hint of pepper (white pepper), herbaceous (fresh grass) and floral (violet). Good acidity, a slight bitterness and a slight dryness on the finish (medium persistence). A tangy and chiselled wine.
