The nose is precise, racy, clean and offers a certain aromatic purity. There are notes of kumquat, dried tangerine and, more slightly, dried plum, combined with fine touches of mesocarp, white flowers, discreet hints of spice and a subtle hint of sap and curry. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a nice/delicate fatness, precision, finesse and an acidic frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy kumquat, apricot and slightly dried peach combined with hints of citrus, a subtle hint of flowers and a discreet, almost lactic, spicy, curry, sappy touch and imperceptible note of almond.
