The nose is aromatic, precise and straightforward. We find notes of dried mandarin peel, dried lemon and, more slightly, kumquat combined with fine touches of fresh hazelnut, sap/white flowers and discreet hints of walnut. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, an airy side, some fatness in elegance as well as a fine acidic backbone. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of kumquat, dried mandarin and, more slightly, dried yellow fruits, combined with fine hints of fresh walnut, as well as a discreet touch of white flowers and a subtle hint of fresh sap. Good length. Fine chewiness and discreet toasted/roasted hazelnut notes on the finish. Nice acidic persistence. An imperceptible hint of coffee on the finish.
