The nose is fresh and crisp with a fine varietal hint in the background. There are notes of crunchy mirabelle plum, fresh yellow fruits and a hint of nectarine, combined with a fine touch of apricot blossom and reduction. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, a certain fatness and finesse, a good guideline as well as a fine acidic frame. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/sour mirabelle plum, yellow peach and more slightly apricot blossom notes combined with hints of fresh almond/almond blossom and a subtle almost lime blossom touch (in the background). Good length. A very discreet toastiness in the background. Good persistence.
