The nose is fruity and offers a slight concentration. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, blackberry and small notes of black cherry associated with small touches of liquorice, toasted touches as well as discreet hints of gray pepper, spices and an imperceptible hints of flowers / olive tree. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight, silky, gourmand and offers juiciness, a small freshness, minerality as well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of fleshy strawberry, ripe red berries associated with fine touches of raspberry as well as discreet hints of liquorice, black cherry, black olive, cocoa and very discreet toasted / oaky hints. Tannins are fine and very slightly firm. Good length. The finish is very slightly close and slightly powerful. Very discreet chews on the finish. Beautiful persistence.
