The nose is finely tight, racy and offers a small richness, elegance as well as a small density. There are notes of kumquat, mirabelle plum and small notes of dried citrus zest associated with small touches of mesocarp, hints of yellow apple as well as fine hints of dried almond, dried yellow berries and a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, a small fat, a small unctuosity, a certain gourmandize, a small tension, roundness as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, lemon, dried citrus zest and small notes of crushed yellow peach associated with a touch of Williams pear, racy minerality as well as a very discreet hint of pineapple, dried almond, curry and hazelnut. Good length. Beautiful acidulous persistence.
