The nose is fruity, slightly gourmand and offers a small intensity, a small concentration, a fine elegance and a fine freshness. It reveals notes of quince, candied lemon and vine peach associated with a hint of green apple and a discreet hint of flowers, brioche as well as a very discreet hint of spice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built, slightly gourmande and offers a nice mineral frame, suavity, precision, a fine elegance, freshness as well as a very slight fleshiness / unctuousity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, fleshy/ripe Williams Pear and fleshy/ripe vine peach associated with fine touches of yellow plum, racy minerality, discreet hints of brioche as well as an imperceptible hint of almond and butter. Good length and good persistence. There is a slight touch of (almost iodized) minerality on the finish.
