The nose is fruity and offers a small freshness as well as a small sweetness. It reveals notes of apricot, tarte tatin and citrus associated with slight notes of lemon candy, flowers as well as a touch of rancio and a touch of candied orange peel. The palate is fruity, relatively gourmand, quite elegant, a bit fleshy, fat and offers suavity. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of candied citrus (quince, orange), lemon paste and slight notes of apple and brugnon combined with a touch of flowers candy and slight notes of rancio / almond / oak. Good length.
