The nose is fresh and offers crunchiness. It reveals notes of crunchy/fresh strawberry, berries, small notes of fresh flowers associated with small touches of fresh cassis, lily as well as hints of fresh liquorice stick, sweet spices and toasted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, well-built and offers a mineral frame, juiciness, ampleness, fat as well as gourmandize and a small freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, juicy strawberry, small notes of small red berries associated with touches of violet, liquorice as well as fine hints of toasted, chocolate, rose, a racy minerality, cardamom and a very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background). Tannins are well-built.
