The nose is finely on the hold and offers an aromatic purity, freshness. It reveals notes of pulpy cherry, small pulpy black fruits, small notes of violet, rose associated with touches of liquorice, violet plum as well as a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers tension, a fine straightness as well as juiciness, a small fleshiness, a fine acidulous frame, volume and a beautiful fleshy/juicy/pulpy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, bright plum, small notes of redcurrant associated with touches of violet, iris, lily as well as fine hints of liquorice, a racy minerality and a very fine hint of fresh mild tobacco. Good length.
