The nose is fruity, well managed and reveals a certain depth, elegance and a fine intensity in its fruit. There are notes of pulpy, crunchy apple, fresh pear and, more slightly, quince, combined with fine hints of lemon, as well as discreet hints of crunchy berries, white flowers, honeysuckle and an almost discreet hint of fresh spices. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, juiciness, a nice burst of minerality, a tangy backbone as well as a good work on the bitter taste. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy sour peach, quenette and more lightly lychee combined with delicate touches of tangerine, fine hints of rose as well as a discreet hint of lemon blossom and a subtle almost saline/iodine touch. Good length.
