The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose opens with a limestone and saline minerality, a slight bitterness of grapefruit, the tanginess of lemon and a touch of pulp of green apple. We also find a fragrant floral bouquet (acacia, honeysuckle, apple blossom) and a lactic touch of lemon yogurt, combined with notes of cut grass in the background. The palate is lively and expressive, with lots of fresh citrus fruits (lemon juice and zest, a hint of orange zest, candied lime, grapefruit), combined with flavors of green fruits (green apple, pear green, a touch of green plum), flowers (apple blossom, honeysuckle), with an enveloped, but fragrant mineraity (limestone, a touch of clay) and a milky roundness (lemon yogurt, peach yogurt ). The finish is voluminous and sapid, but refined. We find notes of crunchy apricot, a hint of fresh hazelnut and lemon juice, as well as a good bitterness of lime and a sharp acidity. Tension, associated with gourmandise.
