The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity. The nose is concentrated, gourmand, fruity and slightly toasted. It expresses notes of candied lemon, fresh lemon, white peach, ripe apricot, ripe green apple (with a touch of yellow apple), as well as flower honey, acacia, apple blossom, hawthorn, linden, fresh almond, toasted hazelnut, as well as wax and hay in the background. We also feel a limestone minerality after aeration. On the palate, the wine is lively, very tangy and slightly bitter, but balanced, thanks to a round texture and gourmand fruits. We find chiseled notes of lime and yellow lemon, a touch of lime zest, green apple, as well as apple blossom, acacia, linden, fresh almond, flower honey and toasted hazelnut in the background. The finish is tangy, mineral and saline, with precision and sharp acidity. Precision, accuracy of flavors and straightness.
