The wine has a pale lemon yellow color with slight green reflections. The first nose is mineral, saline and racy. Then, it expresses the notes of lime zest, lemon juice, orange zest, grapefruit, green apple, as well as a fine floral bouquet (elderflower, acacia, apple blossom), a very delicate touch of toasted hazelnut and liquorice in the background, and a hint of fresh bread and yeast. On the palate, the wine offers juiciness, a tangy and airy scent of citrus and fresh green fruits (lime zest, yellow lemon, grapefruit, green plum, green apple), associated with floral notes of apple blossom, elderberry and acacia, as well as a gourmand touch of toasted hazelnut and vanilla in the background. The finish expresses a slight dryness of chalky and saline minerality, lively acidity, good grapefruit bitterness and good length. A chiselled wine, with substance, a certain density and an expressive minerality.
